I agree with France’s decision to label any “commercial” image that has been digitally altered as an edited photo. I believe this would help the U.S. to easily help address the differences between altercations and reality. As well as help people stop striving to be an edited model.
I also agree with Getty Images concept of not allowing photos that are “depicting models whose body shapes have been retouched to make them look thinner or larger”. After viewing their website, my only objection would be that they allow it for their illustrative/graphic design photos. I believe the artist should have the ability to create the character however they desire. But in regards to actual photography and real human beings, it needs to be unedited and natural humans.
